Ingredients:
- Atta (wheat flour) - 2 cups
- Potato - 2 (boiled and mashed)
- Beetroot - 1/4 cup(boiled and mashed)
- Onion - 1 medium sized(finely chopped)
- Ginger - 1 ts.sp(grated)
- Red chilli powder - 1 ts.sp
- Coriander powder - 1 ts.sp
- Coriander leaves - 1 ta.sp
- Oil - 1 ta.sp
- Mix all the ingredients along with 1/4 cup of water and knead them to a soft dough.
- keep the dough for 1/2 hr in the refrigerator.
- Make small balls out of the dough and roll them like roti.
- Cook them in a tava with little oil or ghee .
- Serve them hot with any raita.
